I have been formally trained in classical, jazz, and theory and I hold a Bachelors of Science In Music Production, Audio Engineering, and Performance. I have worked as a live sound engineer and owned my own sound company, and I have played top 40s covers, rockabilly, swing, doo wop, ska, punk, classic rock, punk, hard rock, metal, numetal, Blues, power pop, jazz, and a little of everything in between. I have had brushes with fame and fortune but nothing terribly solid. I have had the pleasure of sharing the stage with dozens of National Touring artists. My day job is a private music instructor, music producer, and studio engineer. I run youth outreach programs that are centered around music, I mentor student projects, and I run a Rock Academy for the local youth. Music has saved my life. Now I am giving something back.
Music is literally all consuming for me. It is my career, my hobby, my addiction. Music has saved me from several miserable fates and has likely caused a few along the way as well! ??????
To keep rising onward and upward. I have had experiences that some people only dream of. Music is my career and living so my dream is to keep making it and to help other people achieve their musical dreams as well!
Not gonna get into that on here.

As a producer I listen to all genres and have too many favorites for too many reasons. Hahahaha
As one of my professors once told me, “Inspiration is for amateurs.”
It depends on the project or the song. Music means something different to everyone so I try not to dwell on what my songs mean to me because I am the least important person in that particular dynamic.
I am a stage addict. I would rather play a show than watch one. I like to be involved.
A lot of people lack a good dose of self awareness whether it comes to their music, artistry, their image, their place in the food chain, and their overall impact/footprint. A little objectivity never killed anybody.
The jury is still out.
Not a whole lot. Other musicians that lack self awareness are pretty high on my pet peeve list.
I am a local producer and offer business consultation helping other musicians attain higher echelons within the overall business. We have created a coalition of artists that work together like a family.
Tenacity. Discipline. Music Business knowledge. Awareness of what is currently popular so that they can set trends rather than follow them.
