Italian-argentinian multi-instrumentalist composer and producer Gio De Marco began taking drum lessons with a jazz professor at age 13. In late 2015, after several years of playing in bands, recording, and touring, Gio decided to take his musician skills to a new level by diving into the music production and recording world, spending over 3 years self-learning how to mix, produce, and master songs; whilst building his own humble home-studio. While at it, he started composing a solo album that would reflect all these feelings and life changes. In December 2018, after 3 long years of hard independent work, Gio De Marco published his first solo album, "Metamorfosis", a progressive/alternative rock concept album, for which he composed and played all instruments and vocals, but also recorded, produced, mixed and mastered the whole album, with minimum resources and low budget. The album is growing popular among listeners given the context. During 2020, Gio has been working on his next solo album, "Cyan" which is expected to be released in December 2020, and a tour in Buenos Aires is being scheduled for summer 2021.
