I'm a musician of over 30 years experience and have a record of performing, composing, recording and teaching. I also run musicnetworks.co.uk which offers guitarists exposure around the world.
I have been completely dedicated to music for over thirty years. It would be fair to say I have dedicated my life to the artform and continue to express myself through this medium.

It's tough to make ends meet as a musician. Most people have music around them but are they listening? Music appreciation has to be taught more in schools.
I don't know yet, but we'll see.
Having to do online promotion to be heard above the white noise as well as practicing, writing etc.
I play locally and will on occasion go and hear local artists.
Dedication, focus, discipline. Write for yourself and hope others enjoy it enough to want to hear more.
