Story

Learned to play guitar at 13 then played in garage bands with my friends as a kid. At age 23 gave my life to Christ that's when every thing changed, got in a Christian Band called Redeemed sang and traveled extensively for about seven years. After that became a worship leader and at the same time my wife and I joined a band called Justifyd playing about 2 times a month and playing more R&B. Presently my wife and I are Worship leaders at our local Church, and sing at 3 nursing homes a month also play wherever anyone will have us.

What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music is a big part of who I am, my father was a musician and his father was a musician also my Father in heaven is the creator of all music. My music gives me the ability to give hope and encouragement to all it touches, and that brings me great joy!

What is your music dream?

To sing play and record a little more each day and have people really want to hear my creations!

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

I would shout from the highest rooftop of every country in the world " Jesus is the answer" turn to Him!!!

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

By far the unforgettable and amazing music from "The Wizard of Oz"

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

Eagles, Josh Turner, Queen, Credence Clearwater and Tommy Emanuel.

What inspires you to make music?

The linage of musicians in my family and most of all , my God!

What is the message you want to send with your music?

There is hope, peace and Eternal life in Jesus Christ!

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

I feel privileged and honored to be given the chance!

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

Write from the heart and you will touch a heart we are on a pedestal of sorts things would improve if we all took that to heart.

What do you think of Drooble?

Really like it a great place to have my music and message heard. Have a hard time getting Karma points though kind of discouraging to me.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

Other Musicians, seems like they don't like to compliment their fellow players its like they feel threatened or they think their so much better than others.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

I do not my wife and I are in our late 60s now, but we support and encourage all the musicians we come in contact with via Facebook or churches.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

I would say a humble spirit and the tenacity of a mountain climber.
