Frank Prese (Francesco Presentini) is a guitarist and songwriter born in Arezzo, Italy on July 4, 1996. Student of Physics at the University of Perugia, he developed a strong passion for music since he was a kid and started to play the guitar at the age of 10 imitating his idols: old-school blues and english-american rock from the 60s and 70s like Jimi Hendrix, Deep Purple and CSNY. More than a decade after his live debut in 2010, he gave birth to his rock solo career in the middle the covid pandemic in 2020, beginning to write a debut album inspired by the daily life during the pandemic and the influence it had on thoughts and feelings. After a three-month work started in March 2022 in the recording studio, the album, featuring some local session players, is completed and ready for the release next autumn. On the 5th of August 2022, the debut single “Keep Going On”, extracted from the first album, was released.
Music is pure emotion. It has the power to give you strength in difficult times as much as you never expected, it has the power to make you live again incredible memories, it has the power to be a good company when you're sipping your hot coffe during you're day off. That's everything to me!
I would love to live with the music. Playing and writing music for the people and cheer with all the world.
