Established, regional U2 tribute band is looking for a great rock singer with great vocal range to be our frontman, our Bono. Requirements: » You must have excellent vocal ability and range and intermediate guitar skills. » You must love the music of U2. Please ... DO NOT apply if your not a U2 fan. You'll hate the gig and quit within a month or two, wasting your time and ours. » Tribute bands are a form of theater, so you must be willing to study Bono's stage presence to be able to imitate his stage presence as well as dress up like him for our live shows. » You should resemble Bono to some degree. We're not looking for his doppelgänger, but if you're 6' 4" with long blonde hair and ready for the cover of Screamer Magazine, we're not the band for you. » No drugs! No Alcohol abuse! We like a good Guinness before the show. But it's not okay to get hammered. Our clients expect us to be professional in every way! If you like to perform buzzed, we're not the band for you. » No rock star attitudes. We're a tribute band. We do this for fun, for the crowds, for the love of all things U2, and making some extra $$$. If money is your #1 incentive, we're not the band for you. » You must be willing to travel.
