Was in a band that won the first Melody Maker Rock Contest and subsequently recorded at Abbey Road, BBC etc. Got a BA in music then studied lute in Switzerland. Subsequently went to India and Japan and have been in Japan ever since. I've played all over Japan, mostly playing Renaissance lute and one-man band. I've had a home recording studio since the get-go.
