Dystopia Of Truth

Music is the more abstract, thus the most pure, of art forms! All the music in this project was composed, written, arranjed, recorded, produced, mixed and mastered by one person. There was no objective behind this music! Thus, it was written just because the composer wanted to physically manifest the sounds he was earing in his head. In a lifetime of bands, either making original music or cover bands, there was always compromise. In a band, things have to be done by consensus. So every idea is filtered by the aspirations of all the members, sometimes ending up with something completely different from the original Idea. This music was done with no filters, no need to reach consensus, no objective other than bringing it to existence. Because of that, it may sound strange at times, with many things crossing their paths through out the themes, from classical music, to heavy metal, to tango, to fado, to so many other different styles. The music supports stories about doubts, about how life might make one loose faith, about passion, about love, about loss and death. About meaning. About prayers. About questions that are not answered. “Things never change, no matter how much you pray!” is said somewhere along the way! But there are also stories of hope. And of miracles. May peace be with all who read these words!
