I am DrScythe - a one-man-band on YouTube, releasing original songs and acoustic songs there. And since December '16 the occasional cover. After many frustrating years with several different bands I decided to take advantage of the available technology and to not only write the songs and sing the songs but also record the songs, mix the songs and create videos. So I experimented with two Christmas Spoof songs, had to graduate in between and could finally begin releasing my music in November 2015. The styles of the songs vary quite a bit and I see the whole thing as a journey without a destination except for the goalline of finishing 100 songs all by myself (guests are welcome though). Learning, improving, moving on - and having fun on the way. And so far I am having a lot of fun and learned a lot: about mixing, about myself. I hope you enjoy what I create!
