I am currently the laboratory information systems coordinator for one of the biggest hospital chains in west Michigan full time. I try to spend 3 hours a day with music related activities and practice. One of my near future goals is to save up enough money to be able to take a sabbatical (professional word for not working) in order to organize, improve, and succeed in my music endeavors.
Without music, life is just noise
I want to achieve the ability to spend as much time creating and playing music as physically possible
I would want to shift most humans focus from economic growth for growths sake, to sustainability and equity
kind of embarrassing...but Blue by Eiffel 65
The Strokes, STRFKR, Sufjan Stevens, Car Seat Headrest, Modest Mouse, Tycho, Boards of Canada, Arctic Monkeys
I want what I can create in my head to be externalized. I love the way my brain has to work in order to create something similar to music I enjoy. I see shapes, colors, and what not when I listen to music and I want to create that myself.
Life is short, so lets get weird with it
Lots of judgement
The internet has opened so many possibilities for people to make music a huge part of their life. You might not get rich, but you can enjoy yourself until we go back to the earth
So far I like it. It seems kinda glitchy to me, but that could also be from me just starting to use it and not know exactly what's going on yet
There is not enough time in the day to do what I need and want.
I do go to some local live shows and keep up with the local artists on Soundcloud. Grand Rapids has potential to be a creative hub.
sociopathy and narcissism...lol
I don't know what you don't know.... Dr. Dog?
