What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music is food for the soul. What ever mood I am in, I find music for it and let it flow through me. It relaxes me, energizes me or lifts em up. Takes me where I want to go.

What is your music dream?

To write songs,record them and have someone listen to them.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

I would feed the good that is inside of us so that it would grow and spread to others.

What inspires you to make music?

To be able to share my thoughts and feelings

What is the message you want to send with your music?

It depends on where my head is that day. Some times I am disappointed in the world and I say why. Sometimes I want to share a memory good or bad. Sometimes I just want to share a good feeling.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

I usually don't play out. It time to practice to be able to play out and I would rather spend my time writing and recording. I'm not that good at playing so I am not comfortable doing that.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

I will speak about the songwriters. They are getting screwed. It is their creativity that brings songs to life. Everyone else wants to profit from that. Songwriters need their fair share.

What do you think of Drooble?

Just starting to use it. Not really sure yet.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

Hearing music in my head that I cannot duplicate.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

Yes. I am a dues paying member of the local songwriters group, Houston Songwriters Association

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Writing and playing really great songs
