I grew up in the bush in Australia. Played my first tunes around campfires. Used to play so hard my fingers bled. Went to University in Tasmania to study ecology. Joined a band but still managed to finish my studies. Band became popular and we toured the world. I made 15 albums with that band between 1983 & 1998. After that I started my own record label and started producing other artists. Produced and released 20 + albums. I released my 1st solo album in 2016. My 2nd album was released just before the pandemic and like many others in the business, my career has been on hold since then. Currently finishing 2 albums
Almost everything, almost..
To get closer and closer to who really I am so I can get closer to who you really are

Connected
The pop/rock template for making music is kinda redundant. Find yourself so you have a chance of breaking out of it and speaking with an original voice
Cool
Market forces driving the industry as opposed to creative forces driving it
Im genuinely curious about other people making music
Bad question. There is so much luck involved in this. Being yourself and being prepared for anything. Staying curious
