If you could change the world - what would you start with?

I would start in my backyard with Philanthropy work, focused on the Native American Population that is too often overlooked. Then I would like to stretch efforts in places that i’m called to be of help.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Evergreen by Barbra Streisand

creativd freedom & what is achieved in that process.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

No judgements, no restraint, honesty, the eternal dance between what is deemed dark & light.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

I feel at home, i feel open to whatever the moment on stage brings. i feel connected to everyone there & I feel like i am part of a very important journey that everybody there is sharing with me. i love it!

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

It seems more difficult getting crowds into shows these days, at least in my area, so sometimes locally it feels like there is some lack of support. it doesn’t matter how much promotion is going out for upcoming shows, the number of people that attend live shows has somewhat dwindled. on the plus side, social media, youtube, and other platforms can reach listeners farther than ever before & your music is reaching people all over the world. so the improvement would be to have a good network of supportive people come out & listen to some amazing musicians play their hearts out to you!♥️

What do you think of Drooble?

I just learned of Drooble today, but so far i think it offers some fantastic opportunities to network & share our love of the craft. I’m good with that.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

The fact that not all artists can give up a day job to do what they love most.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

I have been in attendance of shows locally throughout the years, in music, also support in art.I have collaborated with some locals artists in recording projects.i was able to build a fundraising show with the help & support of many local musicians who were part of the show. Many times, my band invites musicians to join in future shows & vice versa. We help each other to promote our shows respectively. i like to post music from local artists on my social media from time to time.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

researching Creative portals to get the music through, wether radio stations locally, or internet stations. Putting music out in every platform possible, reaching out to people with your music on social media, build relationships that will help to spread your songs/videos to their networks. Mention your music to everyone you can, give out business cards with website, and all information to reach you, join every show/festival you can. Independent artists have to do a lot of legwork to take their music places.
