Cornelius Brown

Bio

My story really starts with my father, who was a member of a legendary Doo-Woop group the Silhouettes. There one big hit was Get a Job. His time with the group was from 1961-1968 when the group went to the soul era. I was not a musician or a vocalist but l wanted to be in the music industry one way or another. So growing up in the Baxter Terrace housing projects in Newark,NJ was around positive and negative eliments in the projects, but music was my saving grace and not to mention sports. More lnfluences was local groups that l grew up with was a group called The Ambers you can still go on the internet and still hear there music. The most famous group from the Baxter Terrace was the Monotones, Book of Love. So now l Have my own band to manage, Oby And The Sun Band.
