Cobras And Saints

Story

Back in 2011, just across the Texas border in the city of Reynosa Mexico, four long time friends after playing around for years in different bands got together for the first time to jam and become what we know today as Cobras & Saints. Mongoose, John Mars, Alex Díaz and H. A. Solo gathered to create their first musical project called “Flashback”, with the intention to play classic rock covers for self indulgement and fun; The love for such classic bands as Led Zeppelin, Sabbath, ZZ Top, and Skynyrd motivated them in their journey. As the band’s positive response began to grow in the local music scene, they decided to create their first tribute concert: a Led Zeppelin tribute which consisted of 34 songs played to raging fans. The tribute was such a success, that was followed by a Black Sabbath one shortly after. The positive synergy of the members of the band led them to what was only natural. Write original songs. In 2015, Cobras & Saints started the writing process for what would become “End of Days” their debut album. The recording took place in Houston TX. At Zappboombang Studios with Grammy winner Mundo Gomez handling production duties. "End of Days" was released independently in June 2018 to a warm welcome of the local and regional crowds. The album consist of 9 hard rocking songs that showcase a wide range of styles.
