What is music to you? What does it give you?

This is a 2nd page i have on Drooble. Somehow, my older page i have not been able to log into and upload new tracks for a long time, so i will be putting new tracks here. Music is my life, i have been a musician since i was 11 years old. Started out on the Trombone, then changed to the drums within a year, finding out i was meant to be a drummer instead! I am an artist also, and i create something musical or artistic almost everyday! I want to make people think and be entertained, by my creations.

What is your music dream?

My dream is not really to become rich and famous, but to influence and entertain people, and hopefully be remembered for positive things.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

The way we think

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

What inspires you to make music?

Seeing and hearing what others do is the initial inspiration. Knowing that i can create something myself quicky apon being inspired and having the musical gear to do it is all i need after having the spare time. The desire to create is always there...

What is the message you want to send with your music?

Sometimes no message is intended, but a positive meassge to make people think is best.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

Sometimes quite intimidated depending on the crowd's attitude, but that all changes to a good feeling when i see strangers get up and start dancing or moving right away to my music. That's what matters first.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

The reality of everything has changed lately. We musicians need to be more humble, and let our music speak instead of political opinions.

What do you think of Drooble?

I like it very well!

What frustrates you most as a musician?

Clubs wanting only established performers playing. That lets the same old bands dominate the scene over and over. New acts may never get a chance to get their foot in the door, other than the typical "oh, this new unknown band is buddies with the head-liner, so we are doing them a favor by letting them open for us for 20 minutes..." How many of us bands can say that is the only time they get a gig? Or clubs wanting only cover bands is not a good thing! Some guys i played with over 40 years ago playing covers in bars are still playing AC/DC covers 40 years later? No thanks, i'd rather sell my gear and give up than do that...

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

Yes, i support my local scene as much as i can, by attending gigs if i have enough advance notice, and have let friends use my gear if some of theirs breaks down, and i will help roadie and do sound is needed.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

You have to sound and look like you know what you are doing, or you will get a negative response. Songs may have to catch the listener's attention in the first 30 seconds or they get bored.
