What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music means a lot to me, most of all I need it to relax from a stressing day. For a long time Music was my life, in the past years Music became less important but is still something I need.

What is your music dream?

Once upon a time my dream was to become a number one hit all over the world, nowadays I just want to entertain, give people the opportunity to relax their soul.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

That's a tough question. I guess I would start with the impossible task to erase human stupidity. The smarter people become, the better for our world.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Somehow embarrassing to say but it is 'Looking for freedom' by David Hasselhoff. It was a great moment in history for Germany.

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

There are a lot and I guess I can't name them all right here, right now. Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Bon Jovi, AC/DC, Elvis, Matthias Reim, Bonnie Tyler, Meat Loaf, Bruce Springsteen and many more

What inspires you to make music?

The topics I write about. I just love creating songs.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

In general there is no one message but some songs/lyrics have a special message like nature, environmental protection, humanity, love.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

Nervous as hell, hasn't changed a bit in the last 35 years.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

The music is too electronic and less personal in many ways. Lot of new songs sound the same and have a depressive mood carrying in the composition.

What do you think of Drooble?

Nothing, just discovering it. But the idea is good and interesting.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

The attitude of colleagues. Instead of being united, there are too many fights and bad blood.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

No, right now I hardly have time and since most of the new artists or music is not my taste I don't do it.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Endurance, heart, open nature. The more we open our lives for the public the easier we grow a larger audience.

Share some awesome artists that we’ve never heard of.

Major Kay, Khalisa Vert - both are from Ghana. Steve Grant, Lee Mathews, Jake Carter, Shane Owens (Ireland). There are lots of great young artists coming.
