What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music gives me an outlet to the wisdom and creativity I feel God gives me on a regular basis... Without the vehicle of writing, I’d be lost and feel I have not met my obligation to help others with my talents.. I’m grateful everyday for the gifts I’ve been given and I hope to be able to help others with them...the same way I’ve been helped by others music.

What is your music dream?

To help people in the spirits and minds so they use the fullest potential of their hearts. Also I’d love to be able earn enough income to take care of my family.. without the support of them, CatSmashR wouldn’t exist..

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

Peoples hearts.

Eminem, Big L, Onyx, Nas, any old school hip hop basically..

What inspires you to make music?

The pouring in of words and rhyme schemes that come into my mind everyday...the drive to make my family’s life better and give them everything they deserve.. the burning passion to make a career out of what I love doing..

What is the message you want to send with your music?

That we control our destiny if we work on becoming and believing in our highest Self.. I want people to love one another and I want people who listened to find inspiration and motivation.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

Unbelievable.. Like I can make a difference..

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

Talent, creativity and respect for the Art should be pillars to any rap career, labels seem to of steered away from this..

What do you think of Drooble?

What frustrates you most as a musician?

Nothing, I love it!!!

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

Yes, my best friend is a rapper as well and I attend his shows frequently... also some metal bands from the area

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Determination, a peaceful Zen-like mind, a respect for the Craft and an unwavering belief in oneself and ones abilities.
