That I can't sing!!!!!!!!

watch, play, teach (for free), have run open mic nights, have initiated a poetry festival.....

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

I don't want to be heard by a larger audience if I have to compromise TOO far. Be honest AND entertain
