What is music to you? What does it give you?

"Freedom of expression" and the "Ability to share my talent and to have it appreciated by others".

What is your music dream?

Write a song that is picked up by someone or to even have myself take that song to the top.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

Compassion and support to everyone. To much hate and judgement in this world.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Wow...to many to list.

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefers, Johnny Cash, Elton John, John Prine and over 100 more.

What inspires you to make music?

The mood I am in and the location that helps inspire what's in my head and heart.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

Freedom, relaxation, inspiration, caring, fun, crazy, what's happening now and to fill a dream.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

Love performing in front of an audience. It's like a huge shot of adrenaline.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

This is a very varied question. I think musicians do what they feel inside. I would say don't try to be like others but be yourself. Create your style. Don't let others tell you how you should be.

What do you think of Drooble?

A fun platform that helps get music out in front of other audiences.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

The venues themselves. Take advantage of musicians. Don't pay what they are worth. And the listeners. Audiences need to be more attentive and listen to the words, the melody, the music. I hate bars!!

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

I support both the local establishments and the artists themselves. Living in Key West you see so many playing...numerous times. I like to listen to what they are playing, how they are playing a cover song or an original. Gives me ideas for how I develop and deliver my music. And always tip graciously.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Wow...so many qualities. Creative style, be one with the audience as well as being attentive to the what the audience wants to hear...within reason. Gotta give to the fans what they want. Sometimes it can be a double edge sword.

Share some awesome artists that we’ve never heard of.
