im almost blind
music is life and it's the way my brain can express itself to the world. It is first and foremost therapy for my crazy mind. my financial situation is up and down and but all I do for work is production in music it's about 10 percent production and 90% playing music. I'm ultra serious about this stuff but I also know how to have fun with it all. I also draw a bunch and you graphic design but that's just for fun. I can learn a set of music hours before a gig and do well, I don't like that all the time but I get a lots of those calls where someone flakes out last minute and I have to fill in. my ears are really developed and I can here saw once and have it basically down, as long as it's not Coltrane Giant Steps because that would take me at least three listens.
I'm already living my musical dream. But it would be nice to make some more money so I could move out of a shed.
if I could change the world I would change my custody agreement to 50/50 so I could see my son more
the most memorable song for my childhood is probably some Motown song like my girl or something
ones with real people playing their instruments and like to improvise here and there
life inspires me to make music and also an audience inspires me as well
the message I want to send in my music is whatever I feel like at that moment. I mean don't take that's what it for granite and all that stuff too but I don't think I'm going to sing about that
pumped up and ready to go I still get nervous sometimes but more people in the audience make it a lot easier to not be nervous
most of my peers that play music have had their dreams killed years ago so they're happier than they were right when it happened.
I can't really answer that yet cuz I don't know
a guitar that won't play in tune that's really frustrating or waiting for people to learn a song and not just getting it
what local scene
they need money and smart person to pay for ads in the right places, as you know you heard what's on the radio that shit is crap I can't believe people actually listen to that, it must be incest or something
how do I know you haven't heard of these artists I don't get it, start with Joe Pass and work your way up to the fugs and then travel to Keller Williams then make a left turn and check out superdrag and then keep on going straight and check out Tedeschi Trucks Band and then flip a bitch and go down the street to go left and check out that one guy
