What is music to you? What does it give you?

Don't want to think music as a word like a cliché, but music for me is inspiration, the way I have to show the world my everyday feelings and the most beautiful thing invented to create and give the word peace and faith.

What is your music dream?

Right now music is not a dream anymore, for me is the way I can fulfill the dream of many people around the world doing great melodies and inspire lyrics to heal and in the same way heal myself.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

Don't want this to sound like a Miss America speech, but I would start telling people to be smarter. Smarter when voting, when open their mouth, be wise when listening and be stronger at the time to make decisions. All this deliver peace and a better state of life.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

When I started in the music biz I had like 10 years old and in my native Puerto Rico Classic Rock and Yacht Pop was very strong on the Radio programming. One song I always love as a child and still is 'Sailing' by Christopher Cross. I can say that the entire Major League Album and Roster is my favorite.

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

Well my favorite artists are actually my music influences and still are today like: Maurice White And Earth Wind & Fire , ToTo, Todd Rundgren, David Foster, Daryl Hall And John Oates, Journey, Robert John 'Mutt Lange', Christopher Cross, Foreigner, Boston, Eagles, Survivor, Alias, Benjamin Orr, Luis Miguel, Alejandro Lerner, Starship, Rippingtons, Paul Davis, Mike And The Mechanics, Mr. Mister, Gino Vanelli, Chicago, Yes, Asia, Gtr and Franke and the Knockouts.

What inspires you to make music?

The everyday experiences in my life and the world serve me as inspiration to write. I need to feel the things around me to do a great melody or lyrics. To do trash you have every minute, but to do wonderful and useful things to your ears you need to absorb the best to display the best. Universal matters are what make me write and make music.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

I want to send the message of peace, love and faith to the world and to the music followers who back you up. Thanks God my music during my long music career, specially in my last 10years of solo artist has been a grace and a blessing.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

I love that sensation and of course see that every time is a difference experience. If you stock doing the same in every act then you are not doing the very best out of yourself.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

Musicians need to forget about major labels, musicians today need to concentrate more in doing great material. Major labels are a machine that only find what they need to cash their houses, walls and pools. If musicians today do in music biz what they like, you can achieve a lot of new stuff everyday without checking that you need to return to the label 5 millions bucks if you don't hit #1 on your first release. Labels come and go, but you as a musician always stays forever.

What do you think of Drooble?

I found out bout Drooble thanks to I check in to support and write comments on a song from my friends from Moscato. When I saw the options, I decided to stay. I really love it and all the things offered are wonderful. My music is moving great here.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

I don't have that word in my vocabulary, but you see because we're not blind. And like every place in music there is favoritism and that's a thing that destroy many things. In my experience I have seen many Radio Stations disappear for that little, but strong matter. We move on as an artists and support who support me.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

Of course, i'm very known in the biz as an artists who support my fellow artists worldwide. Love that aspect in music because as I say 'We're all in the same boat'. We need to support each other and in me you has found an allied.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Less complains and more working. You delivers what audience love when you focus yourself into the point. Fans doesn't like artists who based their music career in controversies, Indie Music scene is another panorama and a better world with serious results.

Share some awesome artists that we’ve never heard of.

I can tell you that in the Indie Music scene I had heard many good one, I don't know if you haven't heard from, but Cheryl Nye, Julia Crystal, Jimena Arroyo, Jennifer Mlott, Annie Rost and Lisa Mitts are some of my favorites. Sweet music, sound and delivers peace and strong messages into their songs.
