Who I am in a nutshell

I’m a para educator and musician. My love for music began when I started playing trumpet in 2002. I have been playing piano/keyboard since 2003, pipe organ since 2006, and bass guitar since 2009. I’m starting to learn the ocarina, because I just love the sound of the instrument.






What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music is a creative outlet. It gives me happiness.

What is your music dream?

My music dream is to share my passion for music with others and make wonderful friends.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

The most memorable song from my childhood is Yellow Submarine by The Beatles. The Beatles have always been my favorite band.

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

My favorite artists are The Beatles, and The Rolling Stones.

What inspires you to make music?

My inspiration for making and playing music is to share the joy of music with others.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

I feel like I can accomplish anything.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

What frustrates me most as a musician is when people don’t like music. Music is such a powerful source of passion and emotion.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

I do support my local music scene. The main way I support the scene is being in one of the community bands. I play the trumpet for the community concert band.
