What is music to you? What does it give you?

I always knew that I wanted to make music from the start, as it was my own separate language, so here I am, fifteen years old, making music in my bedroom, waiting to be heard...

What is your music dream?

My music dream is to be heard by lots of people. I've always wished to be successful accomplishing my dreams.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

There should be education, housing, healthcare for all. There should be better treatment of animals. There should be more openness towards ideas that conflict our own. We should end global warming, crime, war, racism, terrorism, cancer, pollution, poverty, climate change and more.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Axel F by Crazyfrog is the most memorable song.

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

I love my dad's band FIX. My favorite artists are Avicii, Habstrakt and Bleu Clair.

What inspires you to make music?

I can’t place when music itself started being an important part of my life - as early as I can remember, seeking out new songs has connected with me in a way few other activities have. And the more music I listened to, the more I wished I could express myself in the same way.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

I want to prove that it's possible to make music perfectly without any real instruments - just your DAW and computer.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

Sometimes it's scary. My mind is having all these thoughts like: ''Maybe It doesn't sound right'' or ''What if they don't listen to that kind of music''.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

I believe that those who really love and care about music are the ones who grew up listening to songs that touched them and spoke to them in a profound way. I remember being in middle school when the music I listened to defined so much of my identity. As professional musicians, it's no doubt that so many of us can identify with music being a keen agent in shaping the person we have become over the years. Thus, in return, it's almost our unspoken job to create a sound that will be amplified to the next generation, impacting them and impacting our society in return. If we can gain a more comprehensive awareness of how our art form is making a difference around us, we will undoubtedly become better musicians – musicians with a purpose.

What do you think of Drooble?

What I like about Drooble is that you don't have to pay for everything. You could easily promote your music for free.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

The loss of ideas.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

Don’t get me wrong. I enjoy a good arena show from time to time. But when you visit local pubs and show spots, there’s a level of intimacy that you can’t find at those events attended by thousands of fans. Often, you can get really close to the stage. But even when you can’t, you’re usually not very far from the action. I often hear people saying how much they wish the music and arts programs weren’t being cut from schools. Showing our community that music is worth supporting can set an example for programming considerations.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

In my opinion, musicians need to follow directions well. Because most musicians make a living playing music for other people, they have to be good at doing what those people want. Musicians also need good communication skills, and should ALWAYS be well organized.
