What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music is life, there's no day that passes by without listening to music. I love music to the fullest. Music helps me deal with all that's happening around me, I sometimes feel goosebumps when producing/listening a song. Music is giving me the opportunity to express my emotions to listeners and help them conquer some of their emotional problems they going through.

What is your music dream?

I want to be a successful music producer & a DJ. Open my own record label that will help upcoming talented creatives to be noticed on the music industry. Tour all over the country to introduce my sound & and spread the love to everyone.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

Give every music producer & DJ a platform to showcase their talents (DJ competitions, Music Producer challenges). Help the poor to live a healthy & great lifestyle. Provide education to everyone who is willing to learn by opening a school that will entail students focusing on what they are good at (talent).

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Well that would be "DJ LAG - Ice Drop" (South African Qgomu music producer).

What inspires you to make music?

This may sound weird but it's the truth, I'm inspired by everything that's happening in this world. Whether I'm talking to someone, or something happens to me (good or bad), I just get inspired to go make music. Every mood I experience plays a big role my songs, that's why I compose everyday.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

That it doesn't matter where are you from, when there's music around, we are united because music is a universal language. Life is about having fun when get a chance, sometimes all the stress that you go through shall be taken care of, through music.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

I feel happy and excited to share the experience with the crowd. Before the show I'm always nervous but once I start I tell myself that there's no going back and this is going to be fun because this is about having fun.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

There's many of us as music producers so chances of any artist/music producer to blow up depends on their effort since there's a lot of competition in this industry. Less and less people are buying music because there's streaming services now. Streaming services should pay off well (e.g. artist/music producer should earn 1$ per stream) because that's how most people consume music now.

What do you think of Drooble?

I haven't explored it that much but from what I've seen do far, I think this is a great platform that should be used worldwide (especially to underground artists & music producers).

What frustrates you most as a musician?

Some people don't appreciate all the hard work we put on making music & that in some places, music producers & artists are not taken seriously. As much as music is about having fun, we make a living through this job.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

Yes of course, I buy, stream their music. When they performing I buy tickets and go watch and have fun. I've opened up a WhatsApp group chat where any artist who wants to promote their music can share it with all of us in the group, I post a lot about new releases.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Be business minded and put in a lot of work. Be able to network with people. Be active on the internet because that's where you will find almost everyone in this world. Your music must be great (everyone knows that).
