What is music to you? What does it give you?

Everything. Simply everything.

What is your music dream?

I just have too many dreams - I’d love to play in Nashville one day, I want to write a hit song, I want to be a successful producer.....etc...... but the most important thing to me is that I’ll always be able to live from music and be happy with what I do - whichever direction this might be at the end ☺️

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

I would like to be able to delete the hate in people’s minds. To give them the ‘talent’ to just go next page fast and don’t be unforgiving.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

It’s probably ‘If a Song could get me you’ by Marit Larsen because this is the first song I ever sang in front of people :)

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

Chris Young and Kelsea Ballerini are inspiring me so much ! But I also love anyone who reached great things and worked hard :)

What inspires you to make music?

I have no idea. It is in my blood since I’m a baby. I always walked around singing and with 5 years I asked my parents if I could learn playing guitar. They waited one year to see if it was not just a child craziness and gave me the opportunity then. With 7 years I started learning piano. Although it was many times very hard and I cried because I thought I could never learn some things , giving up was never an option to me. With 10 years I started singing and playing together and writing my own songs. With 13 I had my first bigger gig and won a competition with one of my own songs. With 14 I decided to buy a ukulele and a cajon and learned playing these by myself. After hundreds of gigs and dozen of songs I wrote I cannot imagine my life without it any more. With 19 I started to study music production and released my first own CD in April 2018.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

The most important thing to me is to make people smile and inspire them (especially children). On my gigs I always try to get the people together and in the best ones people that didn’t even know each other before started feeling as if they were with their families and I’m their daughter/Grand daughter/sister/best friend or whatever . It might sound crazy but the best thing I can get is a real smile

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

It is the greatest feeling ever ! Although I’m still always nervous - well, I’m almost dying before my gigs. But when I go on the stage and start singing my first song everything is gone and I never want to leave any more.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

It is getting harder and harder because things seem to work easier these days. With social networks and home studios everyone can share their talent all over the world. Unfortunately I know some people who are not really musician from the heart but just saw an opportunity of earning money fast - mostly they don’t act as “workmates” and also don’t have much passion. Others try to just give contracts to young people who have dreams and destroy their career with that because they actually do nothing - than getting money from gigs and sells . I think you have to be careful and it’s a hard business . Of course it’s hard : Music is such an emotional thing but still many people have to live from it and have to make it a business - which can work great but also be a big disappointment

What frustrates you most as a musician?

The unfairness of many people. That you can always meet “managers” who might be talented in selling wood but not music and they think they are the kings of the world. They are also destroying the view of others on the music and its business.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

I think it is always important to be different. Without trying hard to be different. I think everyone can be special just being himself because every person is unique. So, being true - I think that’s the key
